Attached is the debug monitor, atc chat log and my flight plan. Second time flying into CYVR and Seattle Centre never hands me off, not sure why. I have my vcp do all the comms, I tuned into Vancouver Centre myself and there are no options come up on the displayer, same with Approach, I did go on the tower freq and was told to reduce my speed but that was it. Please let me know if Im doing something wrong,

Maybe PF3 thought you would be below center altitude when reaching Vancouver? The .FPP file does only contain a handover to Seattle Center, and PF3's step descents show 8000 feet (the center altitude configured in PF3 for Canada):
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - -----------------------------
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - Step Descents for Waypoint: 10
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - -----------------------------
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - 8000'
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - 2000'
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - 13'
5/14/2016 11:58:27 PM: 300 - -----------------------------
For some reason I can't open the flight plan included in your logs and did not have the time to check what the problem was.
If you load your flight plan in PF3, there is a .json file created in the FPP folder, which you can load into http://geojson.io/ to see the center sectors and handover points (marked XXX).

The following problems may have been caused by manually tuning to other frequencies.
