Hi Dave

I need to reinstall PFE on nmy PC and have a copy of the original download file from PCAviator from 2009 but when I try and extract the file, it says the zip file needs a password which I don't appear to have.

I have the original serial number for PFE but it's not that. I have also tried to redownload the file from PCAviator but it seems that their site has changed and my order history no longer seems to be there.

Any ideas how I can get this reinstalled?

found this on the PcAviator FAQ website :

I Lost My Download And Need To Redownload My Software

Download links are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. If you lost your software due to a system crash and need to redownload, simply login to your account and view your order history. Any download links and/or license numbers are attached to your invoice.

Click on the download link to download.

We highly advise you to make a backup copy of your download for ease of reinstalling should you lose your software again or you can order a CD backup with every future download order by selecting the CD/DVD Master option.

For downloads beyond 3 years where the link has expired, simply contact info@pcaviator.com to request a reset of your download link.

For orders placed at our old download store, i.e. before 1 June 2010 - please login here: http://74.55.127.243/dlstore/home.php.

I have managed to locate my order from the web address you recommended but there does not seem to be a link to redownload the file again.

I've therefore dropped PCAviator an email to see if they can assist.
