PF3 expects you to follow your flight plan and to get somewhere near each waypoint. You decided, for whatever reason, to fly away from ACORN and the following intersection D260J. That's as far as I bothered to look I'm afraid.

Because I follow the "resume own navigation" from Control and took the most direct route.
The ATC instruction "resume own navigation" means you will no longer be vectored. But ATC expects you to follow your filed flightplan. You cannot take a direct route elsewhere. If you want to miss out a waypoint and fly direct to the subsequent one, you should use the "request direct to" hotkey to request that from ATC.
Thank you Peter, you are right, I knew it but I made a mistake here based on the FMC (FSLabs Airbus). I should have checked with the PF3 Display. And As the Control reported to me at 248Miles

that I was far out from the airway, I have not been aware of my mistake...
