I'm I correct that the PFE Display currently only works on a second monitor and does not display in FSX while flying like the default FSX ATC menu? It would be great to have the PFE Display menu work in the FSX screen while flying, I don't have a second monitor set-up.

I had the same problem. It is a common problem that I don't think has anything to do with PFE. Google it and you will see how to resolve by finding the file in your registry and clicking on it to register it. If the file is missing you will have to download it. I think most registry clean-up ...
