When I request clearance for my IFR flight plan clearance delivery tells me to climb to 1,000 even though my airport is already at 900'. I'm I doing somthing wrong? Also, I can't enter any information in the SID/Stars tab, it shows airport destination and departure including altitude but I can't interact with anything on the page. ???

My guess is you're not using the latest version (2.14).

Please download and instal the cumulative updates package from our support forum and when doing so please stop all other programs, especially anti virus and any other security type products.

Disregard my question. User error - I figured out how to adjust some things in PF2000 to add SID/STAR and now my cruise altitude seems to be recognized by ATC. Is there a manual for PF2000? I was confused because I thought teh PFE manual said don't worry about any settings in PF2000 becuase the PFE settings will all overide it. But I see some things are very important to set right in PF2000, so I'm wondering if there is good guidance on which use of the PF2000 to set up the flight plan? Thanks!
