The list of flightplans can get quite long and confusing over time. It would be nice if the list in PF3 could be sorted not only alphabetically but also by date, with the newest flightplan first.

That's really odd, I was thinking just that during my flight prep this evening.

How easy would it be to allow a popup for the regular Windows "Open File" dialogue? This would allow this and other things, e.g. drag&drop, easily switching directories, etc.

Just like the "Load Plan" feature of FSUIPC.
