P3Dv5.4: Radio Stack Malfunction?

Initial ground freq works but when switching to twr or taxi freq, it always goes to 136.97. I use vcp2 w/nav checked. This is a new problem; never happened before. If I try to force freq change from 136.97 to twr freq (118.70) I get a runtime (30, I think) error.

Also, ATC repeats c/s before giving instruction.

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Sorry. Wasn't the radio stack that malfunctioned... it was the pilot. Re-did the flight from scratch and all is well.
