Three weeks ago at Malpensa the exact same thing happened at about 200ft before touch down with an Alitalia flight. "Poor Bird" indeed as it was one of the falcons they use to terrorise the general bird population. If I can get a copy of the photo they took of the windscreen I'll post it. It was a mess and gave the crew quite a shock just at the wrong moment!
