OnCourse Software

I have been using pfe for a few months now with no problems, but just today when I try to get my acars message it says no suitable runways, please contact pfe for support. Anyone see this before?

It just seems to be CYYC, Im just using the default airport, I fly out of there all the time and the change just happened out of the blue on a return leg. I rebuilt the db and I'll see if that fixes the problem.

I rebuilt the db and still have the same problem, I don't know ho it can work for one flight then simply break, here is a portion of the log file after I send the request for the acars

For some reason that airport is not finding its way into the pfe database. Perhaps it not being extracted from makerwys.
