PFE Display does not show up - OnCourse Software

Post subject: PFE Display does not show up

After a re-installation of PFE the PFE display only shows up when 1.) I check in to tell me the right frequency and 2.) when I start taxiing telling me that the Taxi monitor is active.
All other ATC communication is not shown (I can only hear them).
Has anyone also had this issue and found a resolution for it?

Have you enabled closed captions as mentioned in the thread below?
