During checks the co-pilot says that the A/T is not set - but it is. How

The options you have are as follows:-

Hit the "bypass an incorrect call" key combo to override the call

In the checklist alter the call,by changing to "call actual setting"

or "remove the call" altogether

and save the checklist as ???
