PFE Error at startup

Hi i have installed this on windows 7 64 and it installed properly but when i open PFE i get this error

I have tried unsitalling and re isntalling it but i still get the same error, is the product not compatible with windows 7. i have also tried running it as an admin and compatibility mode but it still doesnt work. PF2000 loads fine with no problems.

I have looked on forums and discovered that the thing thats issing might have something to do with visual basic so i donwloaded that and now i dont get the error the PFE just doesnt open at all. it says PFE checking for updates then closes.

Please download and install the accumulative updates
Package and stop all security type products, especially your virus checker, before installing. There's no need top uninstall anything first

How can i download the updates if the PFE programe wont load. That error comes up when you load the programe and it wont open it just closes it self back down.

Just to clarify...PFE is compatible with Windows 7-32 and 64bit,Vista and XP op systems ;)
