I am having problems flying from EGSS (uk2000 extreme)
I am being handed over to departure on 120.68 but for some reason I am unable to get my radios to go to this frequency.
Where is PFE getting this 120.68 from as it is not in my Afcad for EGSS ?
Here are the frequency's from my latest log and the UK2000 afcad.

If there's no dept freq then it uses it's own as in the PF database.

Thanks for the speedy reply.
I must have another problem with my setup as I cannot tune the com radio to 120.68
it goes from 120.67 to 120.70
Could you confirm that you can tune the com radio to 120.68 on your system?
I have tried on FS9 and FSX and on another clean install of FS9, still cannot tune 120.68.
Any help appreciated.

Try tuning to 120.675, there is no such frequency as 120.68, the channels in aviation comms radios are in 25khz steps.

You are correct there is no 120.68.
But can you do me a favor and see if you can tune the default cessna com1 to 120.675
as on my system it is either 120.67 or the next freq is 120.70.
If you can infact tune 120.675 then I have a totally unrelated problem

Just tried again using 120.675 , Tower hands me off to departure on 120.68
I tune 120.675 I get no reply at all from departure.
Any ideas ?

The 5 of 120.675 isn't visible, but it is in fact the correct frequency, the only other thing I can suggest is if you go the other way and try 120.70

You might also want to try downloading the latest version of Makerwys and rebuilding the database again as I believe a change was made to frequency rounding in Makerwys in the latest version as there was a bug in it. You can download it over at Pete's forum.

Also before you run makerwys please delete all files ending with .csv from the main FSX or FS9 folder, back them up if you want to be extra safe.

Thanks for the suggestions andy, here are the steps taken so far.
Removed all of the.csv files, ran makerwys v4.4.3.0 (latest)
rebuilt the database.
Tried both 120.675 and 120.70 both get no response from departure.
Looks like PFE wants only 120.68 which is impossible to tune.
All flights from EGSS grounded till a solution is found

Try running PFE_Display.exe which is in the folder PFE\pfe_displayer\ and see what it says your departure frequency is.

I have just ran PFdisplay and it shows departure as 120.68
so it looks like I am stuck unless Dave can figure out why 120.68 is being used and how to change it into a tunable freq.
By the way I like that PFdisplay, first time I have looked at it thanks for pointing it out.
I will put that on my laptop asap.
