On the main screen, there is a button for SIDs and STARs and on that page you can configure (bottom right) preferred runways and also set minimum FAF for specific airports.

Does anybody know which file that data is saved in? I would like to transfer it across to a new install, if possible.

Best regards,

John

I believe that the SID/STAR data is held in the main data file, so (for MSFS 2020) PF3FS20Data.dat
So you need to copy PF3FS20Data.dat and PF3FS20Data.idx to your new installation to carry the data across.

Probably best to build the PF3 database on the new system before copying the files over as you need other data files to be built too.
Then copy the old files over and rebuild the database again, retaining the SID/STAR data - I think that this should give you what you want.

Of course, Dave may be along at any minute to provide the correct way to do this ;)

Cheers,
Martin

Thanks, Martin, I'll give that a whirl when I get a moment.

Hopefully we won't need to bother Dave . . .

Thanks! I'm on FS9 but copied the pertinent file across. All sorted in a flash.
