Can't delete controller voice

I tried going to the menu and deleting a particular controller voice in the menu, which is terrible ( W-Q), but it still keeps playing. Anyway to fix that.

This could be one for Dave to deep dive into.
My voice (E.K) sometimes comes into the equation and even though i have checked it no to play...sometimes it does.

My voice i believe (E.K) was used by another British Airways flight...can't be 2 of me!! :lol:
