Hi,

Sorry, could I ask you Dave whether you found out why the VCP in mode 1 or above no longer sets the squawk code along with the radio frequencies? This always happened, ever since I bought PF3, up till a few months ago.. I wish I could specify from which update this started, but I didn't note the number I'm afraid. (It wasn't mentioned as a fix in the most recent - which my PC won't allow me to install anyway as it says there's a trojan and deletes the file as soon as I unzip it. Never had that issue before).

Problem is, in some older X-Plane aircraft it is not possible to set the squawk code manually in Virtual Reality (VR) mode. The result is that, as the VCP no longer sets this, in those aircraft you get a nag every minute for the whole flight, and I don't see any way in the PF3 user interface (Options) to turn those nags off. Only 'solution' is to turn off the radios!

Hoping therefore that this might be fixed in the next beta??

Thanks! :-)

Sorry for the late reply... I've been out of action for a while

Could you please be more specific as to which point in your clearance etc you expect this should be happening?
