pf3 v 3.16 fails to update

My current version is 3.16, yet there appears to be a maintenance version 3.19 that can only be installed via the update option in v 3.16. When I click the "check for updates", the message tells me that there are no updates available.
How do I get to 3.19? thanks

Please download/install the manual updates package from the maintenance post above
