Post subject:  No suitable runways! Contact OnCourse Software for assistanc

Hi

I did a flight EGLL-EHAM today, and get this message when calling for ACARS : "No suitable runways! Contact OnCourse Software for assistance"

I grabbed this section from the log file.

01/04/2010 20:06:25: 770 - ****** HotKey #3 detected!
01/04/2010 20:06:25: 770 - Set 'Execute' Hotkey #3 !
01/04/2010 20:06:25: 810 - FS Screen : Sending ACARS ATIS request for EHAM ......
01/04/2010 20:06:27: 340 - ATIS Weather retrieved for EHAM using the ICAO
01/04/2010 20:06:27: 620 - No active AI at EHAM - Checking wind direction for runway-in-use!
01/04/2010 20:06:27: 620 - Active Runway determined by PF (Wind) selection
01/04/2010 20:06:27: 620 - Extracting Weather Data from EHAM
01/04/2010 20:06:28: 150 - FS Screen : No suitable runways! Contact OnCourse Software for assistance at pfe@oncourse-software.co.uk

I landed fine, and there are plenty of AI at EHAM. I use the Aerosoft EHAM with the southbound runways enabled. It was working fine before the 2.12 update (I think)

Strange, I have Aerosoft's EHAM and don't have any problems.

I assume you have rebuilt the databse since adding that airport? If so please got to the PFE Options #1 and in the lower left corner change the debug level to '8', then recreate the problem and send me the debug_monitor.log file from the PFE\Logs folder. Then set the debug level back to '5'
