Hi Dave and all,
following instruction I created a folder pf3_display under "C:\Users\737dr\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages" and put in pf3_disp.dat, pf3_display.exe, pf3_display.ini and pf3_Frqs.dat.
Starting pf3_displax.exe (after PF3 has been connected to MSFS) it shows the behaviour shown in the appended screen shot. All frequencies appear, but the pf3_disp.dat are missing.
In the options "use pf3 display" is ticked on.
I Could not find any solution within the manual.
What I'm doing wrong?

I don't know where you saw instructions about installing PF3 Display into that folder but you certainly don't have to... you can run it from the PF3/PF3_Displayer folder and this 'may' be why you're experiencing issues... maybe something went amiss when copying the files over and perhaps you've created shortcuts instead.
