This is a weird one...I'm making a profile for the PMDG 747 Cargo version...The FO calls out V1 and V2, but not VR...Which is important!

Just let me know which file to share and I'll let you have a look at it...

Recreate the problem and stop the flight after takeoff if you want then attach the blackbox log please
