Help file, where?

Hello,

I just purchased your software and installed it on Windows 10. I have been trying to find a help file or document but I have not been able.
When I run the program I don't see any tabs or box that would open a help file.
Also when I go to Start and Programs it only shows PF3 and nothing else.

Navigate to the following folder. Assuming you installed to Drive C
