Post subject: PFE Install Error

I have downloaded and installed PFE to E:/ but when trying to install the accumulative updates I get a message 'Install failed'
Any help would be much appreciated

There should be a log in PFE\Updates, maybe you can see an error there?

is this a new installation?

From where and when did you download PFE?

Take me through exactly how you're trying to us the cumulative updates package and when the error occurs
