Forum signature banner should be a sticky

I was at lunch today on my smartphone and found this thread on downloading a signature banner for PF3. I got home and it took me 1/2 hour to locate the banner. This should be a sticky and I bet many users would incorporate this signature banner on the forums they are on.

Dave cleaned up the stickies for me and created the sticky "USEFUL LINKS" post, where this is linked, because it is a useful link :)
