Today i was trying a flight from LFPO to Egkk, ATIS said that 24 was the active runway but then ground assigned me rnwy 6..and then was telling AI to taxi to rnwy 24. Any idea what is going on here?
Thanks.

Not without your logs. Also can you include the actual reported METAR. It could also be a down to a bad afcad file. Post your logs and it will be looked at.

The PF3/Logs folder, it will keep the logs from the current and the previous flight, you could check the time stamps to see if it matches the flight in question.
Just zip it and attach it here.

Ok thanks, but the logs appear to contain complete gibberish, maybe you can make head or tail of it.

The logs show your problem, here the relevant lines:

At first PF3 saw AI only on runway 24 (shown in ATIS).
Then there was AI on runway 6 (when you received your clearance).
Then PF3 observed Air France 6230 at the holding point of runway 26 and reacted to that.

PF3 does not control the AI (except for stopping it in certain situations), so it only can observe and make ATC calls about what it sees.

This is not a PF3 issue. It is caused by the way the sim handles AI traffic:

Immediately when the sim starts some AI aircraft are already assigned a runway - before the correct weather is loaded into the sim. When the weather is loadad, these initial runway assignments might turn out to be wrong, but they are kept. So all following runway assignments are correct, but the AI aircraft that have received the initial assignments are still travelling towards the wrong runway.

Even if PF3 would find a way to ignore these wrong initial runway assignments, you might still see AI aircraft using the wrong runway.

So, what can you do about it?

The safest way is to have the AI traffic sliders set to zero when the sim starts. Wait for the weather to be loaded into the sim and only then increase the AI traffic sliders.

Another option is to refresh the AI traffic after the weather has loaded into the sim. You can do that by increasing the sim rate to 8x and then turn it back to 1x. Or change the sim time by 1 minute.

Connect PF3 afterwards.

I use this method and in most cases it works well. I start FS with AI at 0%, wait for the weather to load completely, set the altimeter, and then set the AI to the desired level.

I actually have that option in my weather engine.
