Hi, I purchased PFE Deluxe a few days back, I recieved my personal licence key earlier today and im confused as to where I should install it.
When I click on the PFE icon on my desktop I then click on install licence tab on bottom left. I then copy & paste the 20 numerical & letter licence
key onto the select licence file box that opens up, I then get a box presented that reads licence file installed with an X symbol beside it. When I click ok
at the bottom right on the box, the box disappears & nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Also I have zero trial time left.

Thanks in advance, Gary

Gary, it's really simple.... did you READ the email you received with the license key? It said copy the license file into your main PFE folder.... start/stop/start PFE... job done! :-)

Hi Gary,

Are you trying to install PFE on another machine? The license is tied to the machine from which you sent the original registration number. It is possible the license file has been corrupted by your AV. Please email me direct with your Reg number and I'll send another key file zipped. If you still have issues then we can arrange a remote hookup so I can see what's occurring.
