Post subject:  Adventure Files

Greetings

I am studying PFE, as a new user, before flying with the program. Here's what I've done:

-set the cruise in PF2000 as per the manual
-set various options in PFE
-converted several FS flight plans
-adusted the flight plans to align with PFE
-compiled a couple of flight plans using PF2000

Now here's where I got stopped. The flight plan compiled. I then went back to PFE to select a new adventure, but the selection screen is blank.
In PF2000, the FS2000 path is C:\Flight\FS_ADD~1\PFE\FS2000 (I didn't install in program(x86) file). The APLC path is C:\Flight\FS_ADD~1\PFE\FS2000\Adv
I went to the adventure folder and the contents are:
-Wav folder
-Aplc32.exe
-2 flights each with .adv, .brf, .gps files
-WAPLC32.EXE

Could you help me sort this out? Thanks for reading this. Thanks for your help.

Graham

To the 2 Daves (reminds of the 2 Ronnies...that's a compliment)

I must apologize. I'm afraid I wasted your time.

First, I didn't set the debug level in options originally. I left it at 0 based on the don't change unless instructed caption. I probably missed this
when I read the manual and watched the video. I reset the debug level to 5.

Instead of deleting the ini file, I renamed it. I usually do that. The new ini file correctly found the adventure file folder. I looked at the old file and the
the adventure file folder was set as ...\test\... I'm not sure why I was so dumb to miss that either.

At any rate...all is well for the moment. I'm sure I'll be nagging you again at some point.

Thanks
Graham
