I just got the newest updates for PFE, but now every time I open the program, it disappears after about 10-15 seconds. No errors or anything, just disappears. I open it as an administrator, and I've tried the troubleshooting as described in the topic about what to do in case of a bad install. Nothing works. I could really use some help here. Thanks.

Same here, after update 2.15. It connects with FS X, but within a few seconds PFE just closes itself down and disappears.

Would be grateful for suggestions, please.

I have the very same problem. This is bologna, I had a perfect working PFE until this update and now it won't function at all. It looks to me someone was in a hurry to put it out and now it is botched.

Thanks for the logs (I have enough now) and sorry for the inconvenience.

For now please download and install the cumulative updates package to revert back to version 2.14 from HERE

I will announce on the support forum when I've addressed this problem and if you have auto updates selected in PFE it will download the fixed version once available.

Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience

Hi.

Sorry. I did not see this post, so I started a new topic, but same problem!

Just my input though! 2.15.0 works fine in win 7 Ultimate 64 bit, but not in win 8.1.

Hope this info helps.

Rgds.

Terry

Everything should be working okay now. If you've updated to 2.15 and have the problem please revert to 2.14 by using the cumulative updates then check for updates via the main menu again and it should be okay
