Hi,

Using FSX, I have a B738 parked at CYXX (Abbotsford, BC, Canada), tune to Ground on 121.8, request IFR clearance, and I receive a message indicating that I need to go to 121.7. I do that and it works.

Looking at the contents of PFE_FSX_Freq.dat, I observe:

CYXX,0,0,"Abbotsford"
CYXX,1,119.80,"CYXX"
CYXX,5,121.80,"ABBOTSFORD"
CYXX,6,119.40,"ABBOTSFORD"
CYXX,6,121.00,"ABBOTSFORD"
CYXX,8,132.70,"VICTORIA"
CYXX,11,119.40,"ABBOTSFORD"
CYXX,11,122.50,"ABBOTSFORD"
CYXX,11,126.70,"ABBOTSFORD"

Item 7 (CLEARANCE) is not declared, therefore I would assume it would use Ground on 121.8.

I did notice an error in freq_conversion.dat that reads:

Error processing frequencies for CYXX

QUESTION: Where in the heck is 121.7 coming from?

Can someone explain this to me?

You may need to re-run makerwys and re-build the database, see if that helps...
