Well, there's the problem. The FDC profiles are for 8 flap settings, Overland MD-11 are 7. As soon as I added another Flap Setting into the Overland aircraft, the FDC connected without any problems.

Not an ideal fix, but I'd rather not fool around the FDC settings, because when I did that before I lost all my previous settings withing FDC.

This will work.

Quite simply....your aircraft.cfg isn't aligned for profile i have done,it's one detante less than PMDG's,so you will need to create one for your aircraft.
