No initial clearance

Hello everyone ,
A new problem, PFE has FSX connect properly , but I can not have initial clearance with key 0, why ??

I've no idea. Perhaps you could give us a little more information. Are you tuning to the correct frequency?

If you send me the debug log from your PFE\Logs folder I could possibly help you a little more.

According to this log file you made no attempt to contact anyone!

You need to set your COM and then hit the '0' (zero) hotkey

PFE is good working correctly.
I was forced to change the key 0, by key Ctrl + 0.
I do not know why there is this problem
My computer is a laptop asus X64j ???
