no it's there...but it's called "pf_emulator"...not "pf_emulator.ini "
Not a big deal but search must be exact if your using it to find a file...
You will find it is called pf_emulator.ini actually.
Your computer is however not displaying the extension ...ie the .ini bit. This is often the case with default microsoft windows installations.
Do a google search to discover how to change this setting in folder options so that it will display file extensions.
Why microsoft think this should be the default setting I have no idea.
