Hello,

First time user:
- FSX ACC installed on non default location (F:\Games\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X)
- PFE also installed on non default location. (F:\Games\Microsoft Games\FS Addons\PFE)
- Win 7 64 bit
- FSUIPC v4.938d
- FSX Flight plan's in it's default location: (C:\Users\RobFS\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files)

Following the 'first steps' from the manual v2.12 (shipped with PFE 2.15):
-Made a simple plan (IFR PAHO-PAWD) in FSX flight planner
-Converted in PFE to PF2000 plan
-Compiled it with PF2000 to adv
-Loaded with PFE
-Connect to FSX
-FSUIPC message screen showing PFE initializing
-PFE disappears from taskbar (shut's down/crashes) without notice/error
-FSUIPC message screen showing "PFE initializing" disappears.

Hi Rob,

from the FAQ :

Q: PFE Crashes every time I select 'Connect to FS'. What should I do?

A: Please select Options #1 from the PFE main menu. On the next display set the Debug Level (bottom left) to anything other than ZERO. We would suggest setting it to '5' unless advised otherwise by support
