Flight plan wont compile in PF2000

I created a flight plan in PFPX and then converted it in PFE but when I select it in PF2000 and click compile nothing happens. This happens occasionally, not with every FP.

Try loading the plan in FS9/FSX and saving it, BEFORE converting it in PFE.
