Hi,

When I select my adv file, load and then connect to FS. The initialization message displays in FS9 but then FSE closes and the message disappears.

What can be causing this? Should FSE be running visibly or is this supposed to happen?

Thanks,

Paul

Sorry, a bit more info, that was probably useless on its own!

I'm running Windows 7 and FS9

I have disabled all av and firewall etc

Have had a look for log but doesn't seem to go beyond program starting up initially.

Looking at task manager, pfe closes as soon as I hit connect to FS. I do get a message in FSCUIP window saying FSE is initialising, but then that vanishes.

You keep mentioning FSE ????

Is that a typo?????

If you mean PFE please ZIP and email all the LOG files in your PFE\Logs folder

Hi,

Of course I mean PFE! Apologies. This has been solved by changing the setting as mentioned in the FAQ.

Thanks for your time,

Paul
