Gentlemen,
I have ordered PFE Deluxe. Have yet to receive. After reading posts in this forum, and throughout the internet I am concerned that I might have made a mistake.
Questions:
1. Are the various problems encountered minimized if I install PFE Deluxe in FS2004 rather than FSX?
2. Must the aircraft cfg file be adjusted in order to install TGS (taxi ground service), or is there a
software independent of PFE Deluxe to automatically install TGS?

1. You only have to install PFE once and then can use it for either SIM and you do not need any sim installed to be able to do so.

2. You only need to adjust the cfg if you want install and use the tgs gauge

Just to add....it's the panel.cfg you need to alter not aircraft.cfg.

If you have Panel studio it's easy to use that programme than to add it manually.........

And also to add....i do a flights in both FSX and FS2004 without any issues.

I am familiar with adjusting the aircraft panel cfg file. I am hoping all goes well with this software, since
I have read some comments which are not flattering. I do not want to "jump through hoops" in order
to use PFE.
