Had to do a fresh windows 7 install and lost PFE plus voice pack!

How do i re-download both again? I have tried that link you get sent via email its broken but my main concern is retrieving my voice packs?

My download has expired and emailed that website but heard nothing back why can't it be automated thats 1 day without MY addon that i paid for

I'm sorry but why should the retailer keep a copy for you? You did have an option to purchase an extended download period if you thought you couldn't make a safe copy of the files yourself.

Hi the retailer sent a copy its all good but i don't know how to get my voice package though?

Did you ask the retailer when you requested the PFE download? If not, I would suggest you do.

I really suggest getting some 4.2GB DVDRW disks so you can back up important files for PFE and any other files you purchase.
Next time you may not be so lucky,me personally i back up all files to an external HD and DVDRW disks as i have lost files in the past.
This is merely a suggestion not a criticism...
