I failed to mention also what about step climbs and descends if i get them in my pfpx? how will i go about doing that...

I presume you can export the flight plan from PFPX to FSX. Can you post the FSX flightplan on here.

Yep, as I suspected.

Your PFPX plan includes the SID and all it's waypoints...same for STAR

The FSX plan does not. This is because FSX has no database of SIDS/STARS

So what you need to do is..........

For SIDS.... generally do nothing. There is rarely a need to have a SID's waypoints in the PFE flightplan.

For STARS..... you will need to do some work on the plan in FSX before you compile it in PFE. So open the plan in FSX, select edit and drag the route line from MARGO to ESKDO ;TARTN; and TWEED. Then save the FSX plan. Then use PFE to convert and compile. You now will have your STAR waypoints in PFE and can assign altitudes according to the STAR chart.

I have opened it up in notepad but not sure what to do? Am i pasting my star from pfpx to it?
