No matter the cruise altitude I choose on the icon called proflight 2000 ATC always orders to climb and mantain FL 350.
Is there another way to choose cruise altitude?Thank you.

I see, please correct me if I am wrong in the order:

1) load flight plan
2) set altitude
3) compile the flight plan

Is this correct? Thank you.

Before you compile the flightplan in PF2000 you should enter a cruise altitude.

When you load the (compiled) flightplan in PFE using the "select new adv" button you have the option to amend the cruise altitude you previously compiled with through the "adjust waypoint altitudes....." page.
