I installed PFE in D:\Aerosoft\pfe and I get this error message whenever I try to run the program:

Startup Failed 'Main' with Error 339 - Component 'MSWINSOCK.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid at 260

My setup:

Windows 7 (64-bit)
Norton Internet Security turned off (D:\Aerosoft\pfe folder added to the exclusion list)
Registry cleaned
Multiple complete uninstalls and re-installs

Please help.
