The MSWINSCK.OCX issue remains unresolved for me

I bought PFE 3 years ago and have NEVER got past that error...just gave up

Now I would like to give it a try but when I install the thing it comes up with that error again.

I have tried the download link from another post here, but that did not work. Same prob
Installed elsewhere than in main win7 programs(x86) folder...
I have tried re-installing...same error

PFE 2.14
Windows7-64
FSX acc
FSUIPC registered latest version
