When using PFE does it change approach coordinates to those in the PFE database. When I fly the ILS at LAX 6L using PFE and autoland it is aligned to the right and off the runway. When I do the same approach without PFE, down the middle.

I'm not an expert by any means but I have a couple of thoughts. Did you maybe have a crosswind on one occasion and not the other, which would affect your alignment with the runway on approach? If the problem persists, you could try rebuilding the databases (see manual).

Thank you for the response. No wind during either approach. Just rebuilt the database prior to the approach.

PFE does not change the location of the ILS, that's fixed within the scenery files. Something else is causing the issue I'm afraid

Depending what aircraft you are using, your Airac's might be out of date, which means runways change numbers and alignments might get a little skewed...just a thought!
