I have FL340 from KLAX to KSEA in the Fs9 Flightplan and the altitude set in PF2000 but I get FL350 in the PFE flightplan? The direction of the flight requires an even altitude. I have deleted and and re-entered the flightplan serveral times to see if it would change. It does not.

Proflight2000 was written before RVSM was generally in use, so uses the format generally prevailing before then :Eastbound FL290/330/370/410 Westbound FL310/350/390. It will change your FL during the compile. As Dave said, you can change this in PFE before connecting to the sim.
