Flying into a couple of airports with no app, tower or ground control, I requested IAP's from Center and was told "Unable at this time." Why not? What conditions have to be met in order for me to be cleared to fly an IAP in this situation?

You should certainly be able to request 'Cleared to Finals'. I would need to see the log file for this flight if you can recreate it.

I can do Cleared to Finals. If I can reproduce the IAP problem I'll send the log.

You received 'Unable at this time' because there was no ILS available

Is this something you can change, or is it a limitation of PF2000? It makes no sense to me since there a) there are probably at least as many non-ILS IAPs as ILS IAPs, and b) an airport with no ILS runways is the one where it's more likely that you'd need an IAP. If it's something you can change, please consider it for your user wish list. Thanks for taking the time to look into it.
