I have noticed that my flaps are being retracted just after take off even though I am using CP mode 0. Is there any way to avoid this. I am using FS2 Crew and the NGX and normally it requires a command from me for flaps up.

PFE doesn't control flaps, it's an atc emulator

So even if I select CP mode 3 it should not have any control of the flaps,just the autopilot?

Correct. Something else is messing with your flaps.
