I have a question.

When I fly over European area in VFR, I get constant message requesting IFR Fl xx..

What does that mean? I don't understand that they asked me to switch from VFR to IFR? or did they ask me to climb or descend to a certain altitude?

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Probably because your cruise altitude was too high for VFR
