Does anyone out here know how to contact the publisher/designer? Is there an 800#?

Sorry to hear you're having problems with our software.

Please download and instal the latest cumulative updates package from our support forum, when installing please ensure you stop ALL other programs, especially your anti virus and any other security type programs you might have.

If you're running Windows Vista or later do NOT instal into the default "c:/program files" folder, because Windows regards that as a protected area and will prevent certain files being written and/or updated. I appreciate the installer defaults to that location but the publisher wrote the instal script long before Vista hit the shelves.

Okay, perhaps I did not make myself clear or maybe nobody has read my previous post. I HAVE SHUT DOWN ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDING THE ANTI VIRUS AND DID NOT INSTALL IN C DRIVE. I HAVE DONE THE ACCUM UPDATE FROM THIS FORUM!!!

PLEASE DON'T SHOUT! I AM DEAF BUT I CAN READ AND POSTING ALL CAPS MAKES IT DIFFICULT!

Now, what previous post? You didn't mention anything about installing the cumulative updates. Did you instal it correctly? What version number is displayed on the main menu?

Sorry for shouting. Your Q: what post? A: I started this thread (topic) and also in the 429 thread.
As for not mentioning installing cumulative updates? A: I did mention it in this thread, section six, line one.
Your Q: Did I install correctly? A: I did the install per your instructions.
And as for the version displayed? A: 3.6.

My va operates a lot of the older ac which FDC allows me to make individual chk list for like the Connies, 707's, 727's,
L-1011's etc. I love this program.
Again, please accept my apology. I just want to get it working again.

Sorry, I'm reading this on my phone and the thread has scrolled over to two screens and i simply missed the first one... a senior moment.

If your version is still showing 3.6 you haven't installed the updates correctly
