My problem is that the application ready for traffic on the runway (taxi to runway), PFE program is not responding, it is not possible to continue contact with the ATC, one time only managed to move operations taxi and take-off climb but a few minutes program crashed again. Only the ability to disable the task manager is Windows. My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit. I add that I wgranego PFE on drive E, I have turned off automatic actualized, the program purchased by e-mail, and after checking the updates I received a message that this is the latest version. Thank you for your help.I add that the PFE during installation and use of this program, turn off the Windows firewall and anti-virus software AVG Anti-Virus. THANK YOU. Robert.

Hi

Sorry to hear you're having problems with our software.

Please download and instal the latest cumulative updates package from our support forum, when installing please ensure you stop ALL other programs, especially your anti virus and any other security type programs you might have.

If you're running Windows Vista or later do NOT instal into the default "c:/program files" folder, because Windows regards that as a protected area and well prevent certain files being written and/or updated. I appreciate the installer defaults to that location but the publisher wrote the instal script long before Vista hit the shelves.

Hope that helps

Welcome.
Cumulative Patch installation done on your part, according to the first way, at the end I got the information that the installation was done properly. Unfortunately PFE remained on version V2.1.0 and never see poprawek.Oczywiście files turned off at this time all the computer software and antivirus protection. PFE files I have stored on the E drive (E :/ PFE). Second amendment exceeds the default setup as my knowledge of DOS. Thank you for your help.
Robert.
