Dear Dave, currently I am facing the problem that the TGS Activated do not appear on the screen and I receive na taxi instructions at all. All communication before with ATC works well and I also receive taxi instructions. The debug monitor shows no mistake (TGS started). See below. Do you have an idea how I can solve the problem? What version are you using?

Have you tried to run accumulative updates?

As this happened before or recently?

Have you checked manual/forum for possible solution?

I have the 2.14.0 version.
The TGS worked without problems over years. The problem occurs from one day to the other. So far I have not found solutions in the fora.

So if it's worked over the years without issues,what have you done thats different?

Also what aircraft are you having issues with as you haven't said?

What OP system and Sim are you using?

That is a good question. From my point of view nothing.
Further more the problem occurs with every plane.
Maybe one interesting point in this context. When I try to restore the original hotkey assignments I receive the error 381. Would this be a helpful information?

Are you using the "gauge" or display.exe?

Have you done a search for that error 381 with regards to hotkeys?

Have you recently installed PFE?

Try reinstalling using accumlative updates or reinstall fully if all else fails..

Remember to turn off all your Anti Virus, delete any remaining folders that PFE leaves behind and run registry cleaner/checker and don't install into c:\Program Files whatever you do...

You don't need to be connected to the internet for this...
