Hello!

I must tell you that this is not the first time I write on the matter but I try again because so far I never received an answer of whatsoever usefulness. I really would like to use FDC but this problem disheartens me.

After having loaded FSX (windowed mode), I run FDC and set the departure time as ‘FS local time’ (setting time as FS time + 40 min). Then I click on the ‘connect’ button. Once the connection is established, I see that the countdown starts. This seems inconsistent since FS is in pause (the focus being moved on FDC interface). To regain consistency between FS clock and FDC’s I then cycle the FS pause mode. But here is something much worse: whenever I leave FS in pause more than, say, 10 sec. while FDC timer is (now correctly) frozen, when then I resume the simulation (pressing ‘P’) FDC timer fails to restart! (to force it to restart it is necessary to cycle –in a rapid sequence- the FS pause mode).
This may seem a little problem, but actually is deep, because, when in full screen mode, one is never sure whether FDC timer is counting or not, making the use of FDC very frustrating.
Any clue?

Thanks.

Roberto Anni
