this is my solution for the "error 429"

having tried all the advice and links on this forum and getting nowhere...i decided to to check my registry for errors by using a free downloaded registry checker/cleaner and found that this did the trick and have had no problems since.

the problem lies within your registry and not the installed software.
you can download the registry cleaner software from torrent sites etc.

i used winmend on my pc running win 7 64bit.

i suggest that you uninstall fdc before you carry out the download and fix and then reinstall ensuring antivirus ,uac disabled etc.

i can't guarentee this will solve the problem as it did for me ...but it is worth a try
